We’re especially honored to welcome Jamie Brewer as our celebrity guest. Known for breaking barriers as the first person with Down Syndrome to walk the runway at New York Fashion Week, Jamie is also an acclaimed actress and fierce advocate for inclusion. She will lead our runway and deliver a heartfelt keynote, sharing her inspiring story and vision for a more inclusive future.
The runway will feature a vibrant and diverse group of models—including participants from EmployAbility’s programs, neurotypical team members, and community allies—walking together to showcase the true beauty of being uniquely yourself. We have chosen Maggie Sottero & Rebecca Ingram gowns that will be featured from our shop to be exclusively on the runway. The Maggie Sottero brand is one of very few within the bridal industry that highlights inclusivity. Their efforts on the bridal scene are truly inspiring and one of many reasons that connecting with EmployAbility seemed like a great partnership for Ivory & Beau.
I believe the success of my business is a profound blessing and a gift from God—something not to be taken lightly. With that belief comes a deep responsibility to steward these gifts in a way that honors God and reflects His love for all people. I also believe that as business owners, we are called not only to lead with integrity, but to actively promote inclusivity, ensuring that our work uplifts and welcomes individuals of all abilities, backgrounds, and walks of life.
And so it truly is a dream come true to see this event come to life working together in proud partnership with EmployAbility to host this unforgettable fashion show blending fashion and purpose. With designs by Maggie Sottero and Rebecca Ingram, and artistry by Bride’s Side Beauty, the evening promises to redefine bridal style while celebrating what makes each of us beautifully different.
Come be part of a movement that champions love, acceptance, and self-expression. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
