NICOLE

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & OWNER

A Savannah transplant, Nicole was born and raised on the opposite side of the country in rainy Portland, Oregon. Nicole is outdoorsy, fun, creative and hard-working. She loves being a mom to Tommie & Dash, taking them camping in their tiny travel trailer, finding shark’s teeth on the beach, spicy jalapeño margaritas, installing wallpaper and laughing. On any given workday Nicole can be found behind-the-scenes making content, decorating, building something and daydreaming and praying about what next.

Designing the new boutique at 1010 E Victory Dr. has been a dream come true. Every design decision has taken her months and months as she wants every last detail to be thoughtful. She wants the boutique to be somewhere that sparks joy & is a shop full of laughter and happiness. She believes life is too short to take things too seriously and is passionate about raising money to fight Alzheimer’s & Dementia.

Fun Fact: Nicole was bit by two monkeys at the same time on Monkey Island in Thailand and had to get 4 rabies shots.

Owner, Nicole Mason, doesn’t remember much from her time in college at the University of Puget Sound as vividly as her time in Business Leadership with Professor Jeffrey Matthews, where she studied Jim Collins’ book Good to Great. The lesson that stuck most was simple yet powerful: a company is only as great as the people on the bus.

Nicole is the first to say that the success of Ivory & Beau has never been hers alone. What began with just two people has grown into a thriving team of eight full-time employees, one part-time team member, and a handful of talented contract partners. Each person has played a vital role in shaping Ivory & Beau into what it is today.

The boutique and floral design team’s success is the direct result of the dedication, hard work, and heart of its people — not only those on our team now, but also those who have shared part of their journey here before moving on to new paths. Nicole is endlessly grateful for the incredible humans who pour their souls into this work, helping couples during one of the most exciting seasons of their lives.

At Ivory & Beau, our team is our greatest treasure. They are the ones who bring the magic to life, one gown, one flower, and one celebration at a time.

Great vision without great people is irrelevant.

MEGAN

LEAD FLORAL DESIGNER

Megan is one of Ivory & Beau’s lead floral designers for big weddings and events, bringing both artistry and precision to every project she touches. With years of floral experience, she has an impeccable eye for design and ensures that every arrangement is created with care, skill, and meticulous attention to detail.

Former Miss Georgia contestant and law-school dropout turned wedding planner, Megan is truly a woman of many talents. She’s your go-to girl for planning the wedding you’ve always dreamed of, while also being an experienced florist with an incredible eye for design and style. Her bubbly, Southern personality will put a smile on your face any day of the week.

But Megan is so much more than her talent with weddings and flowers — she’s also known around the shop as our “forever bride.” Having worn four wedding dresses herself, she’s often found modeling gowns for photo shoots or simply twirling around the boutique in bridal style. Her radiant energy and sense of humor light up the studio, making the entire team laugh and feel at ease.

A true ball of sunshine, Megan combines the poise of a pageant beauty queen with the kindness of the most down-to-earth human you’ll ever meet. It’s impossible not to love her, and the entire team absolutely adores having her as both a colleague and a friend. With her creativity, warmth, and expertise, Megan helps bring unforgettable floral magic to every Ivory & Beau wedding.
