The combination of their formal black and white wedding attire against the textures and architecture of historic Savannah created some seriously stunning moments. They also took portraits throughout Perry Lane Hotel, where the stylish interiors and rooftop views gave their wedding gallery an elevated, editorial feel.

One of the things we love most about weddings at Perry Lane Hotel is the variety of beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces available throughout the property. Couples can create an entire wedding weekend that flows seamlessly from one setting to the next without ever leaving the heart of downtown Savannah. Samantha and Logan’s ceremony took place overlooking the city, creating the most incredible backdrop for their vows—and some seriously fun wedding photos! From the historic “Savannah” sign to views of the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist in the distance, their ceremony portraits captured so much of what makes a downtown Savannah wedding feel uniquely Savannah. It’s hard to beat saying “I do” surrounded by some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks!

October is also one of our favorite times of year for a wedding in Savannah. Between the beautiful fall weather and the atmosphere downtown, it’s easy to see why so many couples choose an October Savannah wedding. Guests can experience the city throughout the weekend while the couple gets all the beauty of a destination wedding without ever leaving downtown.

Their wedding weekend actually began at another Savannah favorite, The Alida Hotel, where Samantha and Logan hosted their rehearsal dinner. We love when couples incorporate multiple Savannah hotels and venues into their wedding weekend—it gives guests the opportunity to experience even more of the city and turns the celebration into an entire Savannah experience.

A beautiful wedding day takes an incredible team behind the scenes, and Samantha and Logan had some of our favorite Savannah wedding vendors bringing everything together.

Their wedding was planned by Elegant Savannah Weddings, one of our absolute favorite Savannah wedding planners to work with. Their team is always wonderful to collaborate with, and they know how to create a wedding day that feels seamless, beautiful and thoughtful from beginning to end.

Hair and makeup were created by Royal Makeup & Hair, giving Samantha a polished bridal look that fit perfectly with the classic, elegant aesthetic of the day.

Their ceremony was officiated by Rev. Joe Wadas, who we always love working alongside. Having an experienced Savannah wedding officiant can make such a difference in creating a ceremony that feels personal, meaningful and effortless.

And when it was time for the party, All About You Entertainment handled the DJ and entertainment. They are truly one of the best in Savannah and always know how to create an incredible reception atmosphere and keep the dance floor going.
