Venue Spotlight: The Clyde
During this time, it is extremely important to support and shoutout other local businesses, so we wanted to use this #ThrowbackThursday to admire this shoot we did last year with Bud Johnson and so many other amazing Savannah wedding vendors. We look at a venue as the foundation for a wedding, the first step towards making sure that your wedding day dreams become a reality.
The Clyde is the perfect venue to create anything you could possibly want. With a completely open space concept, a stage, floor to ceiling windows and a large bar space, the possibilities are endless. Of course, in complete Ivory & Beau style, we created an indoor jungle. Large palms, luscious garland greenery, and a ton of gorgeous blooms, the venue allowed our floral designs to come to life. Charisse modeled our Carla by Made With Love gown beautifully (love her!). There were appetizers from Thrive Catering and desserts from The Topiary, and furniture and decor from Savannah Vintage Rentals, which provided a vintage feel to the overall organic theme.
Looking back on this style shoot always makes us happy, and reminds us how much we love collaborating with the amazing wedding vendors in Savannah. One of our lead wedding planners, Megan, had her engagement party here, and coming soon, on July 25th, The Clyde will be the location for Savannah Carnaval! We are so excited to be apart of it again this year for the SD Gunner Fund, so everyone mark your calendars because its going to be an amazing event!
