She enjoys getting to know customers and really understand their wedding vision in order to pick out the perfect gown for the once in a lifetime occasion. She thrives on helping clients on their dress journey and can’t wait for that unforgettable moment when her customers say “Yes” to the perfect dress.

Fun Fact: She caught a rose from one of the Backstreet Boys on her 10th birthday at their concert with her friends!

NICOLE

Chief Executive Officer

A Savannah transplant, Nicole was born and raised on the opposite side of the country in rainy Portland, Oregon. Nicole is outdoorsy, weird, creative, funky and hard-working. She loves flowers, the beach, tacos, cats, dinosaurs (especially her Springer Spaniel, T. Rex,) kickball and Instagram. On any given workday Nicole can be found replying to 100's of wedding planning e-mails, creating floral design proposals, managing the shop and doing all the tasks that come with running and operating a small business.

She is passionate about every aspect of weddings and loves being able to run a business that helps brides find their wedding dress and accessories, and then going a step further to offer wedding planning and wedding coordination as well as floral design to couples.

Fun Fact: Nicole was bit by two monkeys at the same time while on her Honeymoon on Monkey Island in Thailand and had to get 4 rabies shots.

Favorite Band/Artist: Ed Sheeran or Taylor Swift (She was hugged by Taylor Swift)

Favorite Part of a Wedding: Building and Styling Giant installations.

From the heart of central Iowa, a graduate of Iowa State University with a major in Event Management and minors in Public Relations, General Business, Advertising, and Hospitality Management. She fell in love with weddings early on, giving her many opportunities within the industry. She has an eye for design and loves getting to see her client's dream weddings come to life. She was ready to leave the cold and spend more time near her happy place... the beach! On a day off you can find her soaking up the sun, reading a good book, or hunting for seashells!

Fun fact: She spent many years in the roles of a lifeguard, swim instructor, and dance teacher before becoming a wedding planner!

Favorite part of a wedding: All of the last minute jitters from the couple and wedding party, right before they head down the aisle. 

MEGAN

Former Miss Georgia contestant, law-school dropout turned wedding planner, Megan is your go-to girl for planning the wedding you always wanted. She is also an experienced florist with an eye for design and style. Her bubbly, Southern personality will put a smile on your face any day of the week.

Georgia Southern alum and former Division 1 soccer star, she brings energy and creativity to every event. Beyond her role at Ivory & Beau, Claire’s extensive knowledge in events and passion for design make her known for turning visions into reality, in addition to becoming your best friend throughout the wedding planning process!

Fun Fact: Claire played Division 1 Soccer in College

JILLIAN

Sales executive, Florals & Planning

Mom of 2, Jillian, comes from working events at Princeton University and is now working to help manage the wedding planning and floral design team at Ivory & Beau. In addition to making sure the I&B Team can handle the hundreds of weddings each year she will be planning weddings from start-to-finish too!

Fun Fact: Jillian was a competitive figure skater for 10 years.

Favorite Part of a Wedding: Jillian loves the thrill of revealing the decorated venue to the couple right before their guests arrive.

KIANA

FLORAL DESIGNER

Immigrated to America from Iran, from architect/interior design to now helping I&B with all things flowers including ordering, recipes, inventory management and setting up weddings! Her natural eye for design has helped her transition into this role while she learns & strengthens her English more and more everyday.

ALLIE

Allie grew up in the small town of Decorah, Iowa and moved to Savannah in November of 2022. Allie spent three years at Missouri State University studying Fashion merchandising and graduated in 2021.

After graduation, Allie spent working at a bridal internship out in Colorado Springs learning all different aspects of the bridal industry. She loves bringing joy to customers and creating long lasting relationships.  Allie can't wait to meet you!

NAOMI

Naomi grew up in Woodstock, GA and moved to Savannah right after graduation in May 2023! Naomi spent four years at Kennesaw State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Apparel and Textiles with a concentration of fashion merchandising.

She has worked in all aspects of fashion sales from regular boutique settings to wholesale to bridal. She instantly fell in love with sales and especially bridal sales with being able to be a part of a bride's special day and helping them find their dream wedding dress!

Fun fact: She danced and competed against the Dance Moms team and ended up winning!

PAIGE

She’s baaaaaack! Paige started with Ivory & Beau in 2017 as an intern, following us from our little shop on Abercorn all the way to the big white warehouse. Though she briefly spread her wings and left us to fly around the world (literally– she was a flight attendant!), she’s landed right back here to help us with all things in the bridal boutique.

Fun Fact: While she’s always wanted a fainting goat, she ended up with a fainting dog instead.
