Take your time to fully celebrate being engaged with your loved ones, and when you’re ready to start thinking about the wedding itself, reach out to our Wedding Planning Specialists! Wether you have a wedding venue picked out and booked already or if you have no clue where to even begin, we can help you from the very start of your journey down the aisle!
2. Decisions, decisions…
Once you have reached out to our expert wedding planners, it’s time to decide what kind of wedding planning assistance you would like! We offer multiple wedding planning packages to pick from, and even offer custom packages, so wether you would like help from the very start in picking your venue and vendors, or some help with the timeline and on-the-day management, the Ivory & Beau wedding planners are here to help you!
3. Let us be your guide!
Wedding planning can be a stressful time, so let our team of experts be your guide through the process to ensure you can relax and enjoy your fiancé(e) era to its fullest! From the the moment you get in touch or from 3 months out, we’re here to assist you with all things your wedding, from vendor coordination, wedding guests lists and wedding day timeline.

PLANNING PACKAGES
Full Planning
In our FULL PLANNING package we work with you from start-to-finish to plan every last detail from napkin color and escort cards to cake design. We love creating & designing unique, beautiful, creative weddings that fit your personality as a couple. There is nothing like your love story and crafting a wedding around that love story is what we pride ourselves in doing.
The events we plan include carefully curated elements to create an aesthetically pleasing event that is fun for you, your family and friends to enjoy. We aren't a cookie cutter design studio, but rather a design studio that starts from scratch to bring to life new ideas.

Wedding Management
Feel like you can handle the planning but want someone to help tie up all the loose ends as you get closer to your wedding? This package is for you.
We start working with couples 2-3 months out from their wedding date to start gathering all of the little details you have spent months planning. We help finalize everything with all of your vendors, along with a day-of timeline that includes every little detail to ensure a seamless wedding day.
We do not believe “day-of” exists because your wedding has way too many details, and with this package our team will be able to coordinate your wedding exactly how you envision it, while you, your partner & your guests enjoy the wedding without lifting a finger!
