Now that you and your fiancé(e) have decided on a direction you’d like to go in for your wedding aesthetic, it’s time to do some research!
Take some time to sit down together and look at Pinterest for some floral inspiration, and save the ones that really speak to you both. This can be our starting point!

Flower options can vary month-to-month and season-to-season. What may be available for a September wedding, may not be available in October sadly.
But don’t worry! We are experts in florals, so we can let you know what’s in season on your wedding date, and we will always do our best to source the flowers you want.
So, if you have a particular look or color palette you want, simply let us know and we’ll find the best blooms for the big day!

Couples tend to allocate around 10-12% of their overall wedding budget on florals. However, this can vary depending on your vision, guest count, or floral bloom choice!
We have seen a recent trend of couples choosing to have a grand installation, either as a ceremony backdrop or reception focal point such as a hanging installation over the head table or the dance floor for that true WOW factor for both you and your guests!

Now that you’ve secured your booking with Ivory & Beau, a full Flower Proposal with your hand-picked botanical recipe, hard good choices, candle colors/holders and all the little nitty gritty details will be created to bring the vision to life!
Our full Flower Proposal will include exact prices for each item based on the flower varieties, size of arrangements and all factors. These prices will not vary unless flower varieties or size of arrangements change.

You can make changes to your flower proposal up until one month before the wedding!
If you decide you’d like additional personal flowers, would like a more extravagant ceremony backdrop, or the final head counts are different than expected and you need to add or take away some tables, we can make these adjustments!
