October Brides & Weddings: Kayla & James, Christina & Jarrod, Sami, Page

ALMOST HALLOWEEN. How did we get here!?!?!?!?!? I cannot WAIT to dress up like “It’s-aaaa meeee, Mario” while my 5 year old son will be Toad, his request, and my 3 year old daughter will be Princess Peach, not her request. I went all out this Halloween with decorating for the occasion with large wood cut-out Mario characters decorating our yard to really get in the magic of Halloween… Although, I did realize mid-working on decorations that most normal people decorate their yards in a spooky fashion and then there’s my yard which is Mario Kart meets Mario Party… Oh well, they’ll love it.

So anyway, here we go!!!! Celebrating and highlighting some stunning October weddings!!!!! You ready to be inspired!?!?!? Let’s go…

KAYLA & JAMES - FLORALS BY I&B

Kayla & James’ beautiful wedding at The Mackey House in Savannah, Georgia was the perfect blend of classic Southern elegance and a laid-back, joyful celebration. Surrounded by towering trees and Spanish moss, their outdoor ceremony embraced everything we love about a romantic Savannah wedding, followed by a bright, airy reception filled with thoughtful details and plenty of dancing. The Mackey House is such a gorgeous Savannah wedding venue for couples dreaming of an outdoor garden wedding with quintessential Lowcountry charm. And one of our absolute favorite details? Kayla & James skipped the traditional wedding cake cutting and opted for a pizza cutting instead—which honestly might be our new favorite wedding tradition. 🍕 From their romantic ceremony to the packed dance floor, their day was full of personality, beautiful Savannah scenery, and so much fun.

THE FLOWERS

For their Savannah wedding flowers, we designed a soft, garden-inspired floral palette filled with shades of peach, creamy neutrals, soft blue accents, and lush organic greenery. Kayla’s bridal bouquet featured romantic garden-style blooms with peach and blush roses, delicate blue flowers, ivory blooms, and flowing greenery for an effortlessly elegant look. The ceremony florals transformed The Mackey House gazebo with an asymmetrical statement installation overflowing with peach blooms and loose, organic greenery that felt as though it naturally belonged in the surrounding garden. We carried the same palette into the reception with romantic peach and neutral wedding centerpieces, bud vases, greenery, and candlelight. The result was a fresh, colorful take on a classic Southern wedding—perfect inspiration for couples searching for a Savannah wedding florist, Mackey House wedding flowers, peach wedding inspiration, garden wedding florals, or an elegant Georgia outdoor wedding.

CHRISTINA & JARROD - FLORALS BY I&B

Christina and Jarrod’s Savannah wedding was the perfect blend of classic Southern romance and playful color. After portraits beneath the iconic oak trees of Forsyth Park, the celebration continued at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa, where an outdoor ceremony overlooked the lush golf course. Soft blue bridesmaid dresses paired beautifully with the floral palette of peach, coral, blush, ivory, and blue, while Christina’s classic all-white bridal bouquet gave her look an elegant contrast. From the Savannah trolley to portraits beneath the Spanish moss, every detail felt unmistakably Savannah.

THE FLOWERS

For the floral design, we carried the colorful palette throughout the ceremony and reception with garden-inspired arrangements filled with hydrangeas, roses, dahlias, delphinium, stock, astilbe, and airy greenery. Statement urn arrangements framed the couple during their outdoor ceremony before being repurposed around the sweetheart table, while a lush floral meadow added another colorful focal point. Smaller bud vase arrangements brought the same peach, blue, coral, and ivory tones to the guest tables for a light, romantic feel. The result was a timeless Southern wedding with just enough color to feel fresh, joyful, and completely at home in Savannah.

SAMI IN MAGGIE SOTTERO

This Red Gate Farms wedding was the perfect mix of romantic Southern charm, colorful details and pure fun. Set beneath the moss-draped trees and surrounded by the natural beauty of Savannah, Georgia, the couple embraced a warm, vibrant wedding palette with pops of pink, orange, burgundy and peach. The groom’s burgundy suit was such a fun complement to the bride’s colorful bouquet, and can we talk about the MINI PONY?! From portraits by the water to celebratory drinks alongside their flower-adorned four-legged guest, their day felt relaxed, personal and completely them. For couples searching for Red Gate Farms wedding inspiration, colorful Savannah weddings, rustic Georgia wedding venues or Southern outdoor wedding ideas, this celebration has so many sweet details to save.

THE DRESS

And of course, we have to talk about the DRESS! Our Ivory & Beau bride wore Lennon by Maggie Sottero, a romantic fitted lace wedding dress that looked absolutely incredible on her. Lennon features intricate floral lace, subtle sparkle, a figure-hugging silhouette and delicate off-the-shoulder lace straps that create the prettiest neckline. We love how the fitted shape highlights her curves before flowing into a soft, dramatic train, while all of that dimensional lace photographs beautifully from every angle. Paired with her pearl-detailed veil, the gown felt romantic and feminine while still fitting perfectly into the relaxed Southern setting. If you’re searching for a Maggie Sottero wedding dress, fitted lace wedding gown, curvy bridal gown or Savannah bridal boutique, Lennon is the kind of dress that shows exactly why we love Maggie Sottero at Ivory & Beau.

PAGE IN MAGGIE SOTTERO

Page’s romantic Savannah wedding was filled with all the things we love about a classic Southern celebration—historic architecture, sprawling live oaks dripping in Spanish moss, lush green landscapes, and so many genuinely joyful moments. From sweet photos with the flower girls to portraits throughout Savannah and a hilarious first-look prank involving a very committed stand-in bride 😂, the entire day felt personal, playful, and full of love. The bride’s vibrant bouquet added the perfect pop of coral, pink, peach, and greenery against the timeless Southern setting, creating gorgeous inspiration for couples planning a Savannah wedding, Georgia destination wedding, Southern wedding, or romantic outdoor celebration.

The Dress

For her wedding day, the bride wore Skylar by Maggie Sottero, a dreamy lace wedding dress that was made for a romantic Savannah setting. The gown features a strapless sweetheart bodice, delicate floral lace detailing, and a soft, full A-line silhouette that created beautiful movement in every photo. Paired with a long lace-trimmed veil, Skylar looked especially breathtaking beneath Savannah’s Spanish moss and against the city's historic architecture. For brides searching for a Maggie Sottero wedding dress, lace A-line wedding gown, romantic bridal gown, or timeless Southern wedding dress, this look is the perfect example of classic bridal style with just enough drama.

Ashley & Beto- FLORALS BY I&B

Ashley and Beto celebrated their wedding with a beautiful oceanfront day at the Omni Hilton Head, where coastal charm met timeless romance. With the beach just steps away, their celebration embraced everything we love about a seaside wedding—bright natural light, swaying palms, sandy shores, and an incredible ocean backdrop. Ashley looked stunning in her lace wedding gown as she and Beto said “I do” surrounded by their closest family and friends.

From their beachfront ceremony to portraits along the water, the entire day felt effortlessly elegant and true to its Hilton Head setting. A palette of crisp whites, soft blues, and touches of greenery carried throughout the celebration, complementing the natural colors of the coast without competing with them. Even the smallest details—from their floral-accented welcome display to the blue and white wedding cake—helped create a cohesive look that felt fresh, romantic, and perfectly suited for a day by the sea.

Ivory & Beau Flowers brought Ashley and Beto’s coastal palette to life with lush white and ivory blooms, delicate touches of blue, warm buttery accents, and plenty of organic greenery. Ashley carried a cascading bouquet filled with white florals and trailing greenery, while soft blue blooms added just enough color to tie the design back to the oceanfront setting. For the ceremony, abundant floral installations framed the bamboo arbor, creating an airy, garden-inspired focal point against the sand and sea. Smaller arrangements continued throughout the celebration, including florals at the welcome display, allowing the same romantic palette to flow seamlessly from the ceremony into the rest of their wedding day.

Kaitlyn & Nathan- FLORALS BY I&B

Kaitlyn and Nathan celebrated their wedding day in Savannah with a timeless black-and-white celebration filled with elegant details and classic Southern scenery. Their ceremony took place on the Fairway, where rows of white chairs, scattered rose petals, and lush floral arrangements created a beautiful setting beneath the surrounding trees. Against all of that natural greenery, the couple’s crisp black-and-white palette felt sophisticated, modern, and effortlessly romantic.

After saying “I do,” guests moved to the Courtyard for cocktail hour before continuing the celebration in the Grand Ballroom for the reception. Black linens, white place settings, candlelight, and delicate floral accents carried the couple’s monochromatic vision indoors, creating a seamless transition from the outdoor ceremony. From Kaitlyn’s sleek gown and lace-edged veil to the wedding party dressed entirely in black, every detail worked together for a celebration that felt refined, cohesive, and distinctly their own.

Ivory & Beau Flowers complemented Kaitlyn and Nathan’s black-and-white palette with an entirely neutral floral design centered around crisp white blooms and rich greenery. Kaitlyn carried a structured bouquet of white roses, while her bridesmaids held minimalist bundles of calla lilies and the boutonnieres continued the clean white floral theme. For the ceremony, oversized arrangements of roses, calla lilies, white stock, airy accents, and greenery framed the couple atop sleek white pedestals, with white petals scattered down the aisle. The florals continued into the reception through understated white rose arrangements, candlelit tables, floral accents on the wedding cake, and a lush installation beneath the couple’s welcome sign—carrying the same timeless look through every part of the day.

Rachael & Daryl- FLORALS BY I&B

Rachael and Daryl celebrated their wedding day surrounded by the beautiful natural scenery of The Mackey House. With its towering trees, Spanish moss, and intimate outdoor setting, the venue created a romantic backdrop for their ceremony before the celebration continued into a candlelit reception. Their classic navy, white, blush, and gold details complemented the setting beautifully and gave the entire day an elegant, timeless feel.

Soft blush and ivory blooms paired with lush greenery brought a romantic touch to every part of Rachael and Daryl’s celebration. Their ceremony arbor was covered in cascading florals, creating a stunning focal point against the surrounding greenery, while Rachael’s bouquet carried the same soft palette with roses and delicate white blooms. For the reception, smaller floral arrangements and trailing greenery were woven between glowing candles and gold accents, carrying the floral design seamlessly from the ceremony into the evening.
