Every element was intentionally curated to tell their story, from the custom pink basketball-inspired seating chart to personalized jerseys and jersey table numbers that reflected their shared love of the game. Instead of a traditional guest book, loved ones were invited to leave their mark on a blank canvas using paint and sponges, creating a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork the couple will treasure for years to come. The bridesmaids spent the morning together in matching pink pajamas and even the bride's second look matched all the details. The guest arrived by a charming Old Towne Savannah trolley to the venue, setting the tone for a day filled with thoughtful experiences. Nestled beneath Savannah's iconic moss-draped oaks is one of our favorite venues, The Mackey House!!! It provided the perfect backdrop for Dalyn & Travis's romantic holiday celebration. With its historic Southern charm, timeless architecture, and beautifully landscaped grounds, the venue effortlessly blended elegance and warmth throughout every moment of the day. From the sweeping oak trees that framed their ceremony to the grand fireplace that became the focal point of their reception, every corner of The Mackey House offered a breathtaking setting for their love story to unfold. Its classic Savannah charm paired beautifully with the couple's modern, romantic design, creating a celebration that felt both sophisticated and deeply personal.

Rather than collecting signatures that would be tucked away in a book, the finished painting will hang in the couple's home as a daily reminder of the family and friends who surrounded them on their wedding day.

The reception was a true reflection of Dalyn & Travis style, beginning with one of the most unforgettable details of the day—a custom pink basketball-inspired seating chart that welcomed guests into the celebration. Continuing the theme, personalized "Crowell" jerseys and custom jersey table numbers paid tribute to the couple's shared love of basketball, adding a fun, unexpected element while seamlessly complementing the elegant design. The couple also found a meaningful way to incorporate one of their favorite memories into the celebration. After getting engaged at an apple orchard on October 1, 2023, where they toasted with warm apple cider, they brought that tradition to their wedding day by serving apple cider to guests during the reception. It was a thoughtful, personal touch that invited everyone to celebrate the beginning of their marriage in the same way they celebrated the start of their engagement.

Cake

One of the sweetest nods to family tradition came in the form of the wedding cake. Rather than creating something entirely new, Dalyn & Travis chose to honor her parents by recreating the cake they cut on their wedding day 31 years earlier. Multiple beautifully decorated cakes were displayed together, overflowing with romantic Ivory & Beau florals to echo the original design while giving it a fresh, modern update. It was a heartfelt tribute that beautifully connected two generations of love stories.
