Held in the heart of Savannah, Georgia, their day was the perfect blend of tradition and modern flair, planned to perfection by lead planner Lauren Cooper and assistant planner Amy Macatee.
From getting ready in the historic homes of Savannah to a candlelit reception at Soho South, every element of their day reflected not just beauty, but sentiment.
A Seamless Flow of Celebrated Spaces
One of the things we admire most about Tara Skinner Weddings & Events is their meticulous attention to flow and guest experience. The ceremony took place in the breathtaking garden of the Harper Fowlkes House, a venue known for its romantic charm and timeless Savannah aesthetic. This venue was the perfect backdrop for their vows—especially with Spencer’s grandfather, Tom Cleaver, officiating (cue the tears!).
Guests enjoyed an alfresco cocktail hour on the lush grounds, with bites by Cha Bella Catering, before being welcomed into the warm, ambient glow of Soho South Café for the reception.

Megan was the embodiment of classic bridal elegance, donning a sleek off-the-shoulder gown with sheer lace sleeves for the ceremony, then switching into a dazzling silver number for the reception exit. Spencer looked equally dapper in a traditional black tux, exuding timeless charm. Their energy together? Pure joy and genuine love—exactly the kind of energy we love to celebrate.
