Ivory & Beau Wedding & Florals: Victoria & Matt

Victoria & Matt had an intimate backyard wedding at their family vacation home in Bluffton, SC with a boho festival theme to match their good vibes & carefree spirit. One of our lead wedding planners, Olivia, coordinated their special day, and we also got to create magic with their florals.

With a color palette of bold jewel tones & bright pops of peach, yellow & coral, we used a large variety of wild blooms, dried elements & dark greenery for their arrangements. For Victoria’s bridal bouquet, she wanted a large overflowing arrangement, organic & bloom heavy. The bridesmaids carried gold hoops with greenery & blooms while wearing flower crowns & mismatched dresses. The boutonnieres matched using similar blooms.

The backyard of the venue served as the ceremony & reception space, backing up to the marsh with a dock and strings of twinkling lights. Using the large oak tree as the ceremony backdrop, we placed lush greenery & scattered blooms on the lower third, placing mismatched lanterns on either side. The aisle was adorned with ornate patterned rugs & two wild arrangements on either side of the first row. The guest tables at the reception were kept simple with garlands trailing down the center on top of delicate ivory table runners. Other details included personalized koozies, a DIY s’mores table, photo booth, food truck, and a sparkler exit leading them down the dock to a getaway on their family’s boat.

On the sleek rooftop lawn of Perry Lane, surrounded with the historic views of Savannah, Megan wove together a palette of deep berry reds, burnt oranges and blush shades of muted pink florals on two willow branch arches, creating a captivating and dramatic backdrop for Dawn & Larry’s ceremony. The results were breathtaking!
