Ivory & Beau Wedding & Florals: Em & Joseph
Em & Joseph had a boho chic, rustic wedding - the feeling of wandering through an autumn forest with modern, artsy elements & a hint of drama. One of our lead planners, Olivia, coordinated their special day, and we also got to create magic with their florals.
With a color palette of sunset & burnt oranges, burgundy, grey, taupe & green, we used a variety of roses, dahlias, gomphrena, ranunculus, amaranthus, poppy & dried protea pods & lots of greenery for their arrangements. For Emโs bridal bouquet she wanted a medium wild & organic arrangement with pops of orange with brown decorative wood elements, later reused on the bridal party table. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Emโs bouquet, but with more greenery than blooms, that were later reused on guest tables. The boutonnieres consisted of a small orange bloom with wood elements, sprigs & greenery.
For the ceremony backdrop, we created two large arrangements placed in two large bronze urns places on either side of the altar. There were small bundles as aisle markers tied on every other row. Other florals were included on the welcome sign, welcome table in bud vases, and garlands for the bar. For the bridal party table, there were arrangements placed on top of gold stands.
