Ivory & Beau Wedding & Florals: Lauren & Nick

Lauren & Nick had a whimsical, organic wedding at Bethesda, followed by a reception at The Wyld Dock Bar in Savannah, Georgia. One of our lead planners, Jenna, coordinated their special day, and we also got to create magic with their florals.

With a color palette of pastel yellow, light coral & orange, ivory & green, we used a variety of roses, cosmos, dahlias, baby’s breath, wax flower, feverfew, ranunculus & greenery for their arrangements. For Lauren’s bridal bouquet she wanted a large organic arrangement, bloom heavy with minimal greenery, along with loose blooms for her hair. The bridesmaid bouquets were smaller versions with a pop of coral. We also created small posy bouquets for the sisters & mothers, and flower crowns for the flower girls. The boutonnieres were all mismatched, coordinating with the bridal bouquet, with Nick’s being the largest.

For the ceremony backdrop, we placed two large arrangements on the two urns that were on either side of the altar at Bethesda. At the reception, the bridal & bridesmaid bouquets were reused on the guest tables, along with bud vases filled with loose blooms.

On the sleek rooftop lawn of Perry Lane, surrounded with the historic views of Savannah, Megan wove together a palette of deep berry reds, burnt oranges and blush shades of muted pink florals on two willow branch arches, creating a captivating and dramatic backdrop for Dawn & Larry’s ceremony. The results were breathtaking!
