Ivory & Beau Wedding & Florals: Alexa & Brad
Alexa & Brad had a bright & summery garden wedding in the courtyard of The Davenport House in Savannah, Georgia - such a perfect venue for their organic & intimate ceremony. One of our lead planners, Jenna, coordinated their special day, and we also got to create magic with their florals.
With a color palette of neutral ivories & whites with bright red, orange, peach & pops of blue, we used red & orange pinscushion proteas, king protea, roses, thistle, coral dahlia, white cosmos, peach & white ranunculus & tons of greenery for their arrangements. For Alexa’s bridal bouquet she wanted a medium organic arrangement with bright blooms & greenery with a big king protea and hanging pieces. Brad’s boutonniere had small, lighter peach and ivory blooms backed with greenery. Their ceremony consisted of a huge circular arch that is actually built into the venue, connecting to a wall covered in greenery. We added scattered blooms and placed floral arrangements at either base with a few hurricane candles. The aisle was kept clean, apart from a few hurricane candles at the beginning. The reception table had a large voluminous garland with greenery and a ton of blooms, and a few scattered hurricane candles.
