I&B Florals: Rio & Amando
It seems we just can’t get enough of the Railroad Museum lately… and when it’s this gorgeous, can you honestly blame us?
We love how perfectly Rio’s flowers compliment every aspect of her big day. Her big, blushing spring blooms looked were particularly elegant, especially when paired with her simple gown. It wouldn’t be an I&B Florals event if a protea didn’t make an appearance, either. We love how our floral experts managed to incorporate a pop of tropical flavor into this bridal bouquet without overwhelming the natural beauty of the surrounding florals!
We’ve said it once, we’ve said it twice, and we’ll say it a few hundred times more: Downtown Savannah is hands down one of our FAVORITE places for a first look session. Amado got his first glimpse of his bride beneath swaying spanish moss and proud oaks in Pulaski Square. We’re all for our I&B couples embracing the natural beauty of the city we love best!
Rio and Amado’s ceremony took place outdoors at Georgia State Railroad’s Machine Shop. While their big day was full of so many sweet, tender touches, we’ve got to say that one of the most touching moments was their surprise unity ceremony. We’re gonna need to go grab some extra tissues, brb!
After cocktail hour in the old Smokestack, guests were treated to lots of delicious nibbles from Sunshine Grindz. Can you hear our stomachs rumbling from over there?
The reception decor was wonderfully simple, not to mention wonderfully personal. Rio & Amando surrounded special photos and custom monograms with plenty of lush greenery and soft candlelight. It can’t get much more romantic than that!
