I&B Couple: Heather & Riley

I&B couple Heather & Riley are simply one of the most charming couples we’ve ever worked with, so it fits that they would choose one of the most charming historical locations in Savannah for their wedding!

Old Fort Jackson is nestled just off of the Savannah River, surrounded by swaying marshland grass and the smell of sea-salt on the air. It’s always risky, planning a wedding where May showers may interfere, but the weather on Heather & Riley’s big day couldn’t have been any more gorgeous.

This I&B couple chose to start their day off with photos at Lafayette Square before heading down to the fort for their tropical-inspired ceremony. We loved creating this arch for them, and it couldn’t have turned out any more beautifully. Photographer Izzy Hudgins did such an amazing job of capturing every little detail… right down to our favorite, King Proteas!

Heather & Riley hosted their reception under twinkling lights at Old Fort Jackson’s pavillion, where guests were served a delicious family-style Cha Bella meal. How adorable is this vintage rental from Savannah Vintage Rentals as a cake table? We’re taking notes for our own weddings…

Congratulations again to I&B couple Heather & Riley. The I&B team is so grateful to have been able to be a part of your special day!
