Some days it is Christmas at the shop! We get to open such pretty new dresses, try them on, and oooh and aaah! We are starting to get our Blush Fall 2015 gowns, and we just booked our Fall 2015 trunk show, from November 13th - 21st. This is the only time to see the complete collection, plus you get a 10% discount (and who doesn't love discounts?!) But in the meantime, we are going to showcase our newest dress, Candi! 

Candi isn't just one wedding dress, it's two in one! How does that work? Well one dress is an all over lace fitted mermaid, with a sweetheart neckline and low back. The second part is a cherry blossom tulle overlay, that gives the dress a ballgown feel! The overlay covers the dress completely, from bust to floor, and has a zipper closure in the back so it is easy to remove. So not only do you have a fitted mermaid, you also have a ballgown, best of two worlds! This is perfect for brides who are torn between a form fitting silhouette, but also want classic tulle. Candi allows a bride to have two looks on her wedding day, without having to break the bank and buy two dresses. 

The tulle overlay on Candi is the softest blush, and is such a beautiful contrast with the ivory mermaid underlay. We paired Candi with a modern metallic palate, complete with gold Miu Miu heels to finish your bridal look. We love adding soft pastel colors with metallics, like the mint napkins above with blush watercolor stationary. We chose a rustic cake, with blush and ivory icing and a splash of copper accents. Mixing metallics with pastels is a perfect spring and winter palate, with just enough warmth for winter, and soft enough for spring.
